Bhutan Association of Women Entrepreneurs (BAOWE)

Bhutan Association of Women Entrepreneurs (BAOWE) is a non-profit organisation that aims to reach and help the most marginalised members in Bhutan, mainly female entrepreneurs by providing safeguards and creating stronger access to finance. BAOWE provides a number of programmes to help empower women entrepreneurs focusing on addressing urban poverty, networking of regional women entrepreneurs, research, microfinance, and supporting women-owned grassroot cooperatives.
